Meet the team

Jigsaw staff and volunteers have a wealth of experience and a shared commitment to supporting people in prison and their friends and family. We offer information, care and support without judgment, whenever and wherever it’s needed.

We are a small but diverse team, each bringing our own knowledge and set of experiences. Whether it’s a listening ear, practical advice or a friendly face, we’re here to make sure no one has to face this journey alone.

Our Senior Leadership Team is at the heart of our day-to-day operations, overseeing the delivery of our services and driving forward our vision for the future. Led by our Director, the team is responsible for managing all aspects of Jigsaw, from our prison visitor centres and work inside prisons, to partnerships and family support in the community.
