Volunteer with us!

We welcome volunteers at our Jigsaw visitor centre at HMP Leeds.
You can help with welcoming visitors, providing information to those visiting prison for the first time, serving refreshments in our visitor centre and helping prepare for family visit events. You can volunteer with us on either weekdays or weekends within our opening hours.

Volunteering for Jigsaw allows you to build new skills, develop confidence and discover new friends and opportunities in your local community. We actively welcome volunteers with lived experience of the justice system.

We are incredibly grateful for our volunteers’ time, passion, energy and commitment to helping us deliver effective support to prisoners’ families.
